Offline and Quick Reference
When There's No Signal
HELP switches automatically. An amber bar at the top says you're offline and shows the time of the last updates it saved. Once HELP has been opened with signal, it keeps working without one.

In an Emergency
- ▶If your life is in danger, call 911.
- ▶Tap your hazard and follow Do now.
- ▶Tap Shelter or Nearest help to see where to go.
- ▶Tap Send my location so family knows where you are.
- ▶Answer Are you OK? when HELP asks.
- ▶No signal? Tap Sat or Radio.

Important: HELP stores checklists, nearby help locations, Food-as-Medicine information, and your personal details on your phone when you first set it up with a signal. After that, this information is always available, even with no internet or cell service.
